Our little Bailey turned one on the 1st. I can't believe it's been a year already. Seems like it was just yesterday we were sitting in the operating room waiting for the c-section. She quickly proved to us that she was a fighter. Bailey is very determined and strong willed. We love having her in our home. Certainly love her sweet little face.
We had my family over for a little birthday party. It was a lot of fun to watch her. I think the presents still overwhelming to her. She got some fun things. Clothes, a pony, a zebra scooter,(both of them scare her to death so she won't even get close to them), a seahorse thing from Hannah and an activity table from us. She loves the table that we got her. Pretty cute to see her stand next to it and dance. Not sure if we will get her to play with the pony or zebra. They are both very cute and fun but she's not getting close to either yet. She will scream and start to shake when we bring them close to her. Kind of funny. I haven't ever seen her react that way before.
She got her very own "smash" cake. They did a great job on it. It didn't take her long to figure out what to do. She LOVED it! 
Her stats from her 1 year appointment are: Height: 29 1/2 Inches (70%)
Weight: 18.8 lbs (15%)
Head: 45 (50%)
She still had an ear infection so we are on round two of antibiotics and hopefully that will clear it up. Other than that, she is looking healthy. The doctor would like her to gain more weight. He said she needs to gain more and stop dropping her percentile.
Some fun things about her:
She loves to watch Hannah and we will find them laughing together.
Bath time is her favorite. She hears the water running and heads to the tub.
She's not afraid to let us know what she likes/dislikes.
Bailey has a cute little smirk that she gives us all the time lately.
She has started to crab crawl (Crawling on her feet instead of her knees)
Five teeth are through and she's got another three that are close to breaking through.
Sure do love this little girl! Can't wait to see what the next year brings. Happy Birthday Bailey!!
